LEED Commissioning & Administration
Commissioning for LEED is meant to optimize the performance and longevity of building systems. Ecohill serves as the certifying agent for LEED projects and brings extensive building technology knowledge to maximize LEED points. Whole Building Energy Simulations / Energy Modeling
The energy model is a computer software building simulation that uses specified construction materials and building systems of a building and then calculates the energy cost for one year, creating a report of the anticipated energy performance of the building. The report details separate areas and shows how energy efficient the design of building can be, offering the architects and property owners an opportunity to modify sections.
Geothermal Design and Installation
