For Illinois commercial and residential buildings, ComEd is offering services and financial incentives to encourage customers to install energy efficient technologies and to reduce building energy usage. For the third year of the program (June 2010-June 2011) ComEd has a $25 million budget and the goal of is to save 263 gKwh. To participate the client must be a current ComEd customer and must have a new improvement project. A pre-approval application must be submitted before any installation begins. ComEd offers a maximum of $200,000 prescriptive incentives per program year and $200,000 for custom incentives per year. View the How to Participate document.
